By using LeavingCards, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Modification of Terms

LeavingCards reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

2. Account Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and any activity that occurs under your account.

3. Appropriate Content

Users are expected to post respectful and appropriate content. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All card designs, artwork, and software are the intellectual property of LeavingCards. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

5. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please contact us — we aim to resolve issues fairly.

6. PDF Generation

PDF generation is a very resource-intensive process, which is why it is limited to 3 images per page and up to 10 pages in total.

7. Collection Pot and Gift Vouchers

All contributions to collection pots are processed and held securely by Stripe. We never store your funds directly in our business bank accounts.

All gift card purchases and payments made towards gift cards or money pools are final and non-refundable. LeavingCards assumes no responsibility for any losses resulting from gift cards being shared with or claimed by the incorrect recipient. This includes, without limitation, instances where the gift card link is shared with the wrong person or an incorrect email address is provided for the recipient. Unclaimed gift cards will expire one year after their creation date. Once a gift card has been claimed, its expiration and redemption terms will be governed by the terms and conditions of the specific gift card provider selected, as outlined in their respective terms.

LeavingCards' payment and gift card issuing partner performs comprehensive fraud verification checks on all gift card transactions and reserves the right to decline any payment or gift card redemption based on these security checks. For this reason we will try to process all successful redemptions as soon as possible, however, please allow up to 8-10 business days for the recipient to have their voucher fully issued. In the event that we are unable to deliver a gift card due to fraudulent activity, we will refund all payments associated with that gift card.

8. Products

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Services. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

9. Liability

LeavingCards is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform. Use is at your own risk.
